With over 25 years of experience in the IT-enabled services (ITES) industry and more than 8 years as an investor across sectors such as energy, event management, gaming, and service ventures, Kamal has consistently delivered strong business outcomes and contributed to successful startup exits. These accomplishments inspired him to establish a fund with like-minded partners, united by a shared mission to invest in innovative startups and growth-focused funds.
Kamal brings deep leadership expertise, having led global operations and entrepreneurial initiatives across diverse industries. His career is defined by a commitment to scaling businesses, driving innovation, and generating long-term value for the companies he engages with.
As CEO of Eastvantage, he has spearheaded the company’s international expansion, fostering a culture of agility and operational excellence. His entrepreneurial journey includes launching ventures in the sourcing space and supporting small businesses, always with a focus on identifying market gaps and transforming ideas into impactful enterprises.
Kamal is passionate about mentoring emerging founders, investing in disruptive technologies, and building ecosystems that promote sustainable growth. Through his role as Board Chairman at Crestwood Advisory LLP, he continues to support visionary entrepreneurs, guiding them from early-stage development to successful exits.
With over a decade of experience as a Chartered Accountant, Sahil provides critical financial expertise to Crestwood Advisory LLP. As founder of his own chartered accountancy firm, he brings practical experience in financial operations, regulatory compliance, and business growth strategies while leading comprehensive due diligence processes across multiple sectors for Crestwood's investment evaluation.
Sahil's expertise encompasses investment analysis, valuation methodologies, and exit planning, enabling systematic deal evaluation and portfolio oversight. His collaborative approach with the founding partners ensures that every investment decision is backed by thorough financial analysis and strategic foresight.
